      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been with public for a number of years now and bought extra data as well as accumulated data from Christmas promos etc. I had 7.62g saved and never used it until now. I used all my monthly data and needed more. It showed I was using 2.62gs but the other 5gs vanished. How do I get it back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

AS mention before, try to login with a different web browser, incognito mode or clear cache.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if the account shows the same information, it is likely you sometime used up the data. &amp;nbsp;If the data add ons don't show, it usually means it has been used up. &amp;nbsp;PM data tracker is usually fairly accurate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
