I had $25 plan and I was paying $17+HST because of loyalty, referral, auto pay. Now I upgraded to $39 plan and It charged me $39+HST. Where is my $8 discount for loyalty, referral and auto pay?

If you click on renewal date to switch to the new plan. It will show up on your next billing.

@Matt20 some rewards are given once every cycle, usually the day before renewal

If you change plan mid-way of the cycle using Change Now, you might not have all the all the rewards until your next renewal date, but PM might still give you some rewards 8n the day or two

The other question is... did you accidently switch from the old rewards system to the new one? If so, you could be SOL.
