      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you tell your previous provider verbally? Or can you buy their sim and apply it to your account and then re-trigger the transfer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Old account is not active now as phone was stolen … just don’t know how to get off the page where it is asking me to verfiy so I can start over and just take a number they give me I have already paid the subscription fee and all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They might be able to help you. Otherwise, pick a new number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
