I have done my part in the past when the promos were ongoing. Once new promos are introduced, I will be active again.

I still recommend, as I live in Ontario, where the big guys do not offer value. So, in comparison, yes it's good value.

However, would love a really sweet deal similar to the Fall 2016 Promo to really promote.

I'm the same way, sill reccomend when the occasion happens, but i just lost two referals recently (not the 10gb 60 $) but they wanted new phones and they felt it was better to switch.

I'm very selective and cautious about recommeding anything to anyone, but especially so Public Mobile. Although it meets my needs extremely well, it's not for everyone. The lack of phone based support is a deal breaker for a lot of folks (OR, when something goes wrong, they're going to be coming to me for help since they can't just dial *611 and talk to a rep, for example). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that needs it for mission-critical availability or for business use either. Or for people that travel a lot outside of Canada+USA. Or people that live near provincial borders (or just make sure they get Canada-wide instead of prov-wide). Or people that need a lot of mobile data, or a data-only plan. There's quite a few possbile drawbacks that mean it may or may not be a good fit for everyone.
