Hello Fine Folks at Public Mobile.

As you can see by this screen shot, there are a number of threads related to these particular subjects that current and newbies can click on to get support. The one however that's not there, Porting. Can we please have a "Porting" label made. Thank you.

I think Porting can be part of "Joining Public"

And I think you need to submit a ticket to get your voice heard.

If anything, in my opnion, the amount of labels need to be reduced or even eliminated. Too often, I see threads with every single label selected or a category label almost seems randomly selected. The labels are largley misunderstood.

Examples: "Community" is not a default label for anything in the Commmunity. it's a category for questions about the website. The Retail category was introduced when Public Mobile started doing in-store activations and was meant to be about that. Since that no longer happens, that category label is now out-of-date.
