So we can change plan and not worry about being put on points. You have to voluntarily switch to them . Just sucks for new customers . But new points have some rewards that old loyalty rewards for example you can buy add ins with points and enter phone draws with them also . This is exclusive to points

I am sure. PM will lose many long-term customers because of PUBLIC POINTS PROGRAM. PM reputation can be severely damaged. Customers + PM Business all go into lose lose situation.HERE IS CANADA ...OUR FOUNDATION IS HELPING PEOPLE AND PAY IT FORWORD. HUMAN RIGHTS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS. WE ALWAYS GIVE PEOPLE SECOND CHANGE.

Do we (Canadian) really want our society to teach people enjoy to push disadvantaged people to the conner. Because PM staffs do their job to help company earn as much as they can.....We must think about this before we say about " NO WAY"to other Canadian.

Just recently the community experienced another bad blow with system update . pM changed policy on data add ons and decided they will now expire 30 days after purchase now . But PM I’m sure has lost some customers but I believe there still gradually continuing to grow

I always thought the data add-ons without an expiry was overly generous. Especially the free holiday ones. It was not aligned with the market, and gave us a good way to lower our base plan because we had a fallback that never expired. It's still no expiry for calling minutes thankfully, but not on data. It sucks as a customer, but it makes much more business sense.

I had PM for a short period probably about 2017-2018 but it didn’t fit my needs at that time because there wasn’t enough data (for the last five years I’ve been spending 12+ hours away from home 7 days per week)… I kind of wish I had the old point system like before but- it doesn’t really bother me much because I finally have an unlimited plan for less than $50 on a decent network so im content. as for the current rewards- still knocks off $30 per year, and my rewards card gives me an additional 2% cashback monthly ontop of that- equivalent of getting 7% back every month. $45 plan that’s 37.80$ per year combined. not including the Christmas bonus. not too shabby overall.
