      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;my problem is that I created a new account using the email xxxxxxxxx&amp;nbsp;that used before which was associated to my previous public mobile number 780-xxx which was already closed. Then when I was about to port my number from cellphone provider, public mobile system asked me to confirm a code which they have sent to the number 780xxx &amp;nbsp;and this number was the one that was old and was already closed. so now I cannot active my number account because of this error. There was no option to skip this step.
