They are on sale for $4.99 on Amazon.ca or you can also go to your local Telus/Koodo store for $10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should have checked if your phone have eSIM rather than just clicking on eSIM because it is free.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally there are no refunds but you can try contacting a CS_Agent by private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
