Comparing the TWO Almost Identical Except Speed differences Plans, Is this 5G Unlim, Or not, and is it same as the 4G Can-US Wide where can use in BOTH Can and US?

@makkahn28 Sorry I know it doesn’t exist . I thought you were asking me what would be the perfect plan . I made that up for what I thought would be a perfect plan and price point . But for many I think the most attractive one right now would be 30GB $45. 5G unlimited 30 day

Just curious, Does the 5G Version have the Unlim Data Or like the 4G where after reaching Data Allocation Cap, Data stops Unless Add-On Data is Purchased?

Also, If One has a Phone that Only has 4G But No 5G, will the 5G Plan work on the Phone that Only has 4G?

Will Speeds be Capped at 100MB, or Go up a bit on the 4G Phone?

The only difference is the speed, both don’t have unlimited throttling if that’s what you’re asking,

The only plans that have a unlimited throttle (currently) are the the Canada only- 5G plans

The Only Good thing about the 2 Can-US Wide Plans

Regardless of 4G or 5G, at least that saves One $30 for the US Roaming Bundle that Only lasts 15 Days, and Only has 3GB Data

Without a 5G phone the plans are then identical offering 4G LTE data up to 100mbps (but often exceeding 100mbps). If you cannot connect to the 5G network you cannot benefit from it.

Hey there,

Yes, all 5G plans should have throttled data once you use the included monthly 40GB.

And yes, based on the information, it's pretty much the same thing, but with data at 5G speeds instead of 4G.

And since it's a plan with 5G data, you can use throttled data afterwards instead of just not having data at all until renewal as with a plan with 4G data.

If you are using a phone that's not compatible with 5G speeds, it will throttle it at the highest available speed, in this case, 4G. And you should still have throttled data up to 512Kbps if you use more than 40 GB during your cycle.
