Dial 611 for the status of your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check outage map:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map" target="_self"&gt;https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To cancel you PM service, just port your number to another carrier and will cancel right away&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or login to your account and stop monthly payments by disable Subscribe/AutoPay and will cancel after 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry no refund for any prepaid service in Canada like PM. The higher postpaid service will be prorated so this is what you will need to port over to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
