    <description>&lt;P&gt;I mistakenly made 2 payments on June 30 so I did not expect to be charged in August as there would be sufficient funds in my account. But on July 30 I see a charge on my visa for August. Please investigate and let me know if you need more info. Thanks Beth&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you did manual payment in June?&lt;BR /&gt;After making payments in June, did you actually see amounts on My Account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had excess amount on your account those funds should used first before card is charged as top-up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
