      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you paid anything yet? I suspect so. That screen to enter the code, do you see the did not get code link and did you click it and did you get an email option?&lt;BR /&gt;But also at this point you will need to have a sim card on hand. Then contact support as provided.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think all roads lead to support. You have no sim, you can't receive texts, the email option is unavailable.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not even sure an account can be created in the US, but maybe, once you have a sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
