      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a 30$ US talk, text and data plan on approx July 1 and again around July 17. However, I was unable to receive texts, my data did not work and the phone was unable to be used/dial. I feel that I should have a refund for both of these plan purchases as I had to rely on wifi only. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
