Did you respond to Public mobile port confirmation request text? If possible, try your PM SIM card in your phone? Is it still working? If your port failed, PM would continue to charge for next cycle. You did state that you did stop automatic subscription. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned, you should contact Customer service agent to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So on Aug 1/23 i switched over to another provider and took my number with me. BUT a week PRIOR to that i canceled my automatic subscription on my acct, BUT as of Aug 1/23 there is a withdraw of 33.30 out of my acct for Public Mobile....now i also pay for my sons plan wich is the $15 a month but it seems like they still charged me for my old acct even tho i canceled my sub, also my renewal date was on the 6th wich its no where near to.....how do i go about getting my money back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
