you can check your message here:

click on the message and you can reply it at the bottom of the message

or use this link to send a new message to CS_agent instead of reply

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

You can reply back to the agent on the envelope icon on your computer or your avatar then Messages on your phone and on the pen/paper icon.
