How come I keep getting error code UT1 when trying to make a phone call

Do you hide your number to avoid caller id? Is this for all calls/numbers or just some? Is it also a problem for toll free calls?

Did you try adding '1' ahead of area code even it is local call?

Seems to be hit and miss. Added 1 plus area code in front of all my contact numbers including local.

And how about that hide your number setting? Or if you call someone next to you what does it show for a number on their end?

@No3 Sorry to ask this but is your account active or on hold . Can you reset network settings or test the SIM card in another phone ?

@No3 Even just taking the SIM card out and back in can force the sim to re provision itself

Dial *#31# to get the hidden status. My phone says restricted when hidden. It says not restricted when exposed.
