      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going round in circles here. I have recently opened two accounts and was advised by a customer service agent at Public that I could add a referral code on each (i.e. we give each other a code) after activating the accounts. So, we've activated the accounts and now I can't see how or where to enter the referral code. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustrated of Toronto!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a similar error about two weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Messaging CSA from Community Accounts tied to the EverSafe ID I was inquiring about, they were able to manually apply the code for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
