I brought a iPhone SE 2020 from Public mobile on Oct 23, 2023. It is not working properly. The back camera doesn't work, the flashlight doesn't work. I have problems with Candy crush. It is my understanding that it was guaranteed for a year. How do I fix these problems.

Public Mobile used to carry a help article of warranties and claims. Going by memory, I thought you can take your phone to a mobile klinik for warranty work. I think this site can be used to check the remaining warranty for a device.

Yes, 2022 thank you I submitted a ticket and am waiting for someone to get back to me. Meanwhile I try going to the store. Thank you

An Apple store will charge you. You have a one year warranty that was to be performed by MobileKlinik. If it was support that told you that then ask them if they will pay for the repair.
