Transferring rewards when I change plans

Hello, can anyone help with this. I want to change the plan I have - the $25 monthly plan - to the $15 monthly plan as I need to be abroad for a while. I have $8 ($5 loyalty, $2 prepaid payment, $1 refer a friend) worth of rewards on this plan. I don't want to lose the rewards. Will I lose any of these rewards if I change to the lowest priced possible plan as I really need to save but keep my number? Also, I have a lot of different legacy add-ons: data bonuses, promos which I assume I lose. Thanks - Ahsan

@ahsan_nothappy you won't loss any rewards, the same rewards amount will be applied to you , whichever plan you change to.

So, no worry, make the plan change and enjoy your trip

(just a reminder, check your My Account at least once a month while you are away to confirm Autopay works and your plan renews)

Yes, your rewards will transfer over to the new plan but remember to switch on your next renewal date.
Also don’t voluntarily switch to the Points system.

@ahsan_nothappy Yes you will keep your old rewards . They’re tied to your account not your plan . I just switched to the 20GB for $39 and kept my old rewards check it out

Another thing to consider rather then switching plans is you can turn of auto pay and leave account suspended for 90 days after last payment before making payment again and dunces and repeat every 85 days

Turn auto pay OFF/ON 3 easy clicks

Or if you know the 4 digit PIN number
