no, not at the moment

At this time, PM can only issue eSim for new activation and can only issue once.

Once the new eSIM is installed, PM would not be able to regenerate a new one. So, make sure you do not delete your eSIM from your phone. And with this limitation, you cannot wipe your phone and expect a new eSIM or move the eSIM to another phone either.

But this will all be changed eventually, PM should be able to issue need eSIM for existing subscribers in about a month or two

Since you have no choice but to make the switch back to Physical SIM as @softech explained, I'd highly recommend ordering one or two new SIM Cards from Amazon since they are on Sale for only $4.99 right now.
