    <description>&lt;P&gt;The same has happened to me. &amp;nbsp;This refund requested is not for an "unused" service. &amp;nbsp;There was NO SERVICE, and so a refund should be expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not an activation glitch when the activation process closed my previous account in my case, so I have no phone, and then gives me a message that says they will contact me in 2 days. &amp;nbsp;This is a business management problem. &amp;nbsp;I returned to Telus where a human fixed the problem instantly and I had phone service again. &amp;nbsp;I definitely expect a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to activate my service a couple of hours ago.&amp;nbsp; So far, no mobile network, no data, no nothing.&amp;nbsp; I've tried everything that people have suggested, my phone is unlocked and is compatible with your network.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I don't like this service ONE BIT!!&amp;nbsp; Nevermind the fact that it doesn't work, the fact that I can't even talk to a real person is INSANE!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want this service that doesn't work and I want my money back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TOTALLY UNSATISFIED with the crap service and horrible setup.&amp;nbsp; The bot is very annoying and unhelpful as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refund my money please and I'll go back to Telus.&amp;nbsp; They charge a mint, but at least their service works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Public Mobile is a phone company without a call centre as indicated on its front page of its website:&amp;nbsp;"The phone company without a phone number". The method of contact is via this community forum with a lot of helpful and kind community members (who do not work for Public Mobile) and also&amp;nbsp;Public Mobile's moderator team where you can send a private message to get your issues resolved. So if you really need to speak to an actual person, unfortunately this carrier might not be right for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Public Mobile does not hide this fact. I hope that you would be willing to wait and see that The moderators will be able to help you.
