Does anyone know how to transfer from one phone to another using new sim (old wouldn’t work.)

@Summer2023- login to My Account, go to Profile page, click the pencil beside your sim card and the you can update the new sim card number there

Just to confirm, you're changing devices and you wish to move an existing Public Mobile account from your prior device to your new device?

What type of SIM slot size did your old device use and what type of SIM size slot does your new device use?

Is there a reason why the SIM card from the old device wouldn't work? Was it damaged or otherwise does it not work at all? Normally it's just a matter of swapping the same card from an old device to a new device.
