      <title>Travel Plan Pause</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a 15 day travel plan then the day I was supposed to cross the US border my dad ended up in hospital. Won’t be in the states for a bit now, can I pause my travel plan possibly indefinitely?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/311335"&gt;@RT22&lt;/a&gt;- Unfortunately add-ons cannot be paused.&amp;nbsp; The roaming add-ons are active the minute you buy them, and are generally not refundable.&amp;nbsp; That said, you can try to make your case with a support rep.&amp;nbsp; They sometimes 'bend the no refund rule'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
