It has not been found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help to get the sim card and phone number transferred to the new phone. Please help. I have no access to my email so I cannot provide those details and have not been able to retrieve it because I do not have my passwords. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should get option to send code to email instead . You will need to call around to local Telus Koodo stores for availability for PM SIM card . Or Oder one from Amazon . Once you have SIM card in hand .
