Trying to activate the $15 100 minute plan. Looks like it is no longer available. Any thoughts?

I still see it under the 3g plans on the main website, so it is still available.

The $15 plan is still there.

try activate again using Incognito mode, or Private mode if yiu are using Safari

Does the 100 min for both incoming and outgoing calls?

100 minutes is for outgoing calls to canadian numbers. The calls you make to toll-free numbers (1-800 numbers) are free and don't count towards your 100-minute limit.

Incoming calls are unlimited.
