Hi,

I need to call my student loan company on 00 44 1412433970

When I add 011 to the beginning I still can't get through. I have 1000 U.K. Long Distance Minutes remaining. How do I get through?

Please try + instead of 011. Also, it's 011, not 00.

this is how you call UK

drop the 0 before the area code
For example, calling London number 020 8765 4321 should be just call 01144 20 8765 4321 (you can also try +44 20 8765 4321)

so, yours would +44 141243xxxx or 01144 14 1243 xxxx
