SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly

Okay, I thought it was 10 days. Can I just go to any Telus Koodo stores or shoudl I call them first? Do you have a phone number?

How long since you placed your SIM order?

It could take up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. Canada Post takes their sweet time in delivery it.

If longer than 3 weeks, contact a CS_Agent to send you another one or pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store near you if you are in a rush.

Delivery is 5-10 business days from the day you ordered. After that wait another week and then contact agent for replacement.

@Candace_smith We are just customers like you trying to help . And yes I would call around to local Telus Koodo stores first make sure they have PM SIM cards in stock . Instead of running all around

To also narrow down the calling list, click on the Pick up a sim card link at the bottom of this page and search for stores near you. These are the corporate stores. Other retailers, even though they say Telus everywhere, do not sell these sims.
