Refer a Friend problem

I sent my sister my “refer a friend” code and I don’t know what happened but she did not get a $10 credit and I didn’t receive notification that I have a new friend referral. Is there a way this can be fixed?

@LD2 Your sister should see the $10 credit within 72 hours . But you can also get your sister to contact support to make sure it was applied and if not .ask them please to apply for her

Are you 100% she entered your referral code correctly and YOU sent her correct code?
Mistakes can be easily made: l - 1, B - 8, S - 5, etc.

I sent her a screenshot of my code, but it is always possible she didn’t enter it correctly.
