      <title>Unable to login to my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to login to my new self serve account, I have attempted to reset the password too many times (the emails were delayed) and now It has locked me out of my account (I am unable to reset my password).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think a fellow community member mentioned that the password reset function works now (&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5106"&gt;@NDesai&lt;/a&gt;), but it takes an hour or so to get the password reset link by email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you can always send in a private message to the moderator team as per the link below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
