      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can only make two attempts per hour. Is this just making a payment with what you have registered? Or are you adding a new card? Is the card valid?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Credit card. and i've refresh my infos to make shure that they would be any mistake. and it still doesn't work. customer service is hard to reach. can't talk to anyone. only a chatrob. which doesn't do anything !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
