      <description>&lt;P&gt;How many prepaid providers do you know will pro-rate plan changes?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you just wanting more speed or were you told that you had to change to a 4G plan for something like roaming or volte? If so then neither are correct.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
