Hello I followed all the instructions to change my home adress, I really need to do it but it doesn't change, it says invalid, I have tried just with postal code, with the city, the street, all the combinations and it doesn't work. I don't like public mobile since you can't do anything. Everything send error and we're paying, it's not free. Very bad service. If I can't solve this problem I'll finish this cicle and I hope I can cancel my plan.

Yes the address is an autofill. Build it out until it finds you. I don't think the space between unit and street is correct. I think there's no space. Street directions can be tricky. Try different variations. But let it find you as you add more.

VoIP services regularly remind customers to keep home address updated for that reason.

@Luddite- Address would be used for landline (whether copper, fibre, cable, cell base-unit) and fixed, non-mobile voip services. 911 will ask your location on a cellphone. They can do some triangulation and if you have your gps on. It's not accurate. But otherwise not. As far as I understand currently anyway 🙂
