You can do this by logging into the app (on a different device) and go to the Profile area. You can also do it from the My Account website.

SIM SWAPPING profile tabs

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

Does it not work in the mobile app? The option is there.

@computergeek541 Option is there . But I’ve read that there’s a known glitch doing so on mobile device . So OP can certainly try .and hopefully report back us if it works or not . Otherwise seems safest just do it on computer
