      <description>&lt;P&gt;when i log into my account now after changing the email address it tries to send a code to my phone but the phone number appearing is not correct.... very annoyed by this since there is no easy way to speak with a person here&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just reply back and inform them that they got the wrong customer. It would matter if they sent you private information from another customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your messages may very well get ignored. Carriers also do also inform some customers that they must submit any communication by postal mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
