      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just this morning I noticed that I could not send text or receive texts to and from my friends. When I opened up the messaging app it says "currently unavailable to send your message..."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried restarting my phone, reseating my sim card, putting my sim card into my son's phone to see if it works and logging into my account to make sure it's still there,&amp;nbsp; and nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what is going on other than narrowing it down to my sim. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try resetting network settings . If still no luck .       <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I'm confused. Can you call in and out? And can turn off wifi and turn on cell data and go to a web page?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a phone that is doing an odd thing with some texts. Says something about trouble. It mostly works. I haven't narrowed it down yet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems to me the account is on hold. Are you able to login to your account? What recording do you get when you dial 611? Did you recently have a credit card problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope, when I dialed 611 it says "not registered on network".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am outdoors so I should still have full signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
