      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bought a new e-sim and while i was activating it i tried to delete my old carrier account but accidentally deleted my esim. i went and bought a new one and am trying to switch the sim over, and now i cant get any texts to my number to confirm my full access so i cant get into my account to switch sim. please reset my 2fa so i can login via only email. tried all other was around. very angry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Not existing customers . Once deleted you need to go to physical SIM card . Try calling local telus Koodo store for availability.
