My Roaming Data doesnt work

I have an IPhone and I am in the US. Right now my roaming is not working even though i purchased the add-on. The data will work for like 3 mins and then it will not work but I have not been able to get it to consistently work.

My boyfriend is also traveling in the US and has public mobile with an Android and his roaming does work. I just talked to apple for an hour trying to trouble shoot my phone but they said the problem is with public.

Can someone please help

@MightyShanatee Make sure you’re connected to T mobile and reboot the phone .US roaming can be hit or miss . Does your BF phone have voLTE enabled and that’s why he’s getting better reception than you .and try in different areas

Does talk and text work properly?

Make sure enable roaming. Try to manually select T mobile carrier.

Might also want to try network reset of phone (this will erase your saved Wifi passwords)
