I am on 20GB at 4G Speed plan with $20 promo for 15 months. If I upgrade to 20GB at 5G Speed plan, will a keep the promo?

@alexroi77 I don’t think you will no . You will continue to earn rewards for paying your bill . But you have to decide how many months you have left and if it’s worth the switch right now . But that plan won’t ever expire once you have it .

@Yes, if you are referring to your Rewards and the promo add-ons but change the new plan on your next renewal date so you won’t be charge for your old plan plus your new plan.

Also, do not sign up on the Points program if you are on the old Rewards program!

@alexroi77 I would clarify with support first . You will keep old rewards and data add on mins from the free holiday give away . But as for the $20 off promo for x amount of months . I think you will lose that

You gave me two contradicting answers. Which one is correct?
I am on $55 (20G @ 4g speed) - $20 (promo for 15 months) plan since Dec. 2022. My monthly bill is $35
If I switch to $60 (25G @ 5g speed) plan, would I retain the $20 promo or not?
Would my monthly bill be $60 or $40?

@alexroi77 my understanding is you will lose it . The $20 off promo only for x amount of months for the specific plan you have . The rewards we earn for paying bill loyalty and friend referrals will all stay the same there tied to you account . Not your plan .like the $20 off promo is . So that’s why I’m saying to clarify with support first . With two different answers

Your promotion credit of $20 won't stay if you change your plan. That is always in the terms of promotions they have been running in the last few years.
If you are saving more temporarily, I suggest to stick with the same plan. But if you're saving on the new plan and it's a no brainer, change it to that.
