      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is that Koodo prepaid or postpaid? If postpaid you should be able to do it yourself in the new account after taking whatever number. If prepaid then yes you need support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No you don't have to.&lt;BR /&gt;For postpaid you can transfer at sign up or after.&lt;BR /&gt;For prepaid you need to sign up taking a new number and then ask support to transfer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just remember to leave Koodo SIM card in phone to receive the confirmation text to port and reply YES and only use Koodo account number and not the phones IMEI . It’s not needed and only tends to cause hiccups&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
