Just wondering if switching to your new $39/month plan will make me loose my $5/month reward that i curently have

I curently have $3 for loyalty and $2 for auto payment

you can switch without losing Rewrads. Just NEVER opt outta Rewards in favor of Points...they suck !

Nope. You will not lose your points. I went from the $25 plan down to the $15 plan and didn't lose my $4 loyalty nor the $2 credit card nor the $1 referral credits. The only way you lose those credits is if you TOTALLY cancelled your service with PM and started from scratch. And like @hairbag1 said... DO NOT under any circumstances convert to the new point system.

@jdadie No . You will keep old rewards I can confirm . I just made this switch myself and kept old rewards . Check it out

No you won’t loss your current rewards but remember to have the new plan changed on your Renewal date and not now. This will save you on being charge for the cut plan and the new plan.

Also, DON’T sign onto the Points system because the old Rewards system is better.

Only if you do an immediate plan change vs doing the change on next renewal, @jdadie

Then the renewal rewards will apply as usual on your next renewal dates as per norm.
