@Ed11 , if you change plan immediately, the remaining cycle is forfeited. Generally most customers choose the option to change plan on next renewal.

@Ed11 Did you change plan immediately and not on renewal . ? If so that’s why it wasn’t applied . But it will be again by your following renewal

@computergeek541 Ty for clarifying that then for me and sorry @Ed11 for that confusion . But yes if you change plans immediately and not on renewal . You lose out on your current 30 day cycle
