If over 90 days in nonpay status you lost your number and account with public mobile.       <description>&lt;P&gt;If it wasn't for this response, I would have switched back to Koodo, because I would have never been able to figure out how to pay my phone bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's insane that Public Mobile doesn't have a functional "pay bill button" in the payments section on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I literally had to google "how to pay my Public Mobile bill, which lead me to this thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't convey how much of a headache this caused me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To the developers of the Public Mobile app, get back to work and fix the UI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sadly it doesn't show anywhere. but to resume service it all needs to be done online with a laptop or desktop computer. you should see, " resume servive" and make a payment now. nothing found in the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
