    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just setting up an account.&amp;nbsp; I selected the CDN - US plan, I had my own phone, purchase a SIM card.&amp;nbsp; After the payment mark the application gave me an error screen.&amp;nbsp; basically saying my payment had been received but there was an error in setting up my account and to contact support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log in it looks fine now.&amp;nbsp; I believe the next step is to wait for a SIM card before finishing my account setup and then transfer my number to the new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this sound right?&amp;nbsp; Do I need to contact support, not even sure how.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
