Hello,

please i want to change my payment method from credit card to direct debit on one of my bank account.

is this possible?

Either Visa debit and MasterCard debit would work. Not direct debit though.

your Visa debit should be fine as well as Mastercard debit.

I intend to input things like my transit number, Institution number, and bank account number. It wont work, right?

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

You are correct. That would not work, as well as online banking payments.

You need your bank Debit card number to enter in your account.

You can only register a credit or credit-card-debit card from Canadian or American banks having a billing address from Canada or the US.

The available methods of payment are:
1. register a card in the account and use autopay (called subscription nowadays)
2. use that card to make manual payments in the account
3. if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and use that card to make payments
4. buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and enter them in the account
5. buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and dial 611 to enter them and no account pin needed
6. use the real time payments method in some stores
7. log in to the chatbot and use the registered card.

There is no other way to pay.
