Hi, my plan says that I am on a 4G network, but I’m only getting 3G on my phone. Could you please fix this issue? Thank you, Lana.

@Lana3 check your Preferred network type or network mode. Usually it is good to leave it with Automatic, but try changing to 4G and 5G and see if your phone connects (Yes, while you have a 4G plan, you are free to access the 5G network as well, just that the speed will be capped to 4G speed according to your plan)

Let us know if that works

You should see that you're on a 4G, 5G or LTE network but your PM account is choked to 3G speed.

It depends on what is actually available in your current physical location, if all you get is 3g then consider switching to a 3g plan
