      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dialing 611 to use your credit card needs your 4 digit account pin.&lt;BR /&gt;You can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and dial 611 to enter them that does not need the account pin.&lt;BR /&gt;You can use the real time payments method in some stores.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once paid then you can take your time to figure out this stupid new login system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
