      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't even submit a ticket because of a error on the SERVERS end. I'm honestly about to leave this service entirely as I have issues EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to use this service, that I need to buy an add-on or renew my phone plan, this is honestly getting insanely ridiculous, I paid $25 for roaming in the US and am currently in Portland Oregon. Also YES I already troubleshooted all options recommended like restarting my phone and checking to make sure roaming is on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a re-buy after a previous purchase? Is your phone set to manual networks? Automatic or searching for T-Mobile might do something. Is your phone set to 4G LTE? T-Mobile has no 3G network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding - volte or 2G have no bearing on your data add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
