That's the whole point of the plan. It's also the best deal for data alone whether you use roaming or not.

Related question. Does the plan include calls from the USA to Canada [as well as Canada to USA] and within the USA? The wording on the website is [deliberately?] vague unlike the competitor which states clearly its plan includes both.
