      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to setup a new phone and sim card. We got the final step 6, and then it said Subscription Not Activated. I've looked around the site and the advices seems to be to send a PM to customer service. I've just sent them a message, but wondering if there is something else I can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your credit card &amp;nbsp;was charged if so . Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . If no luck . Then you’re on the right track by submitting ticket to support .
