      <title>Asking for a friend - trouble with sign in</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My friend is having trouble signing in. He has used “forgot password” and “forgot email” to get back in to his account with no luck. System indicates it has sent an email to associated email address on file but he never receives this email. He has even used his phone # and systems says they do not match with associated account on file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He needs to change his credit card # on file because his plan will be due in the next few days but has been unsuccessful so far.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since he is having so many problems with this account is he able to start over and set up a new account and delete the old one as a worst case scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jody&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
